KenotradeNG is an online electronics retail store based in Lagos, Nigeria. We sell 100% brand-new electronics to customers across Nigeria. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website (kenotradeng.com) and any purchases made through it.

To use this website and place orders, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age, or have consent from a parent or guardian • Provide accurate and truthful personal and payment information • Be located in or shipping to a location we serve We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

• All products listed on KenotradeNG are 100% brand new and genuine • Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable • Prices are subject to change without notice, but your order is locked in at the price shown at checkout • We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors occur (you will receive a full refund) • Product images are for illustrative purposes — exact colour may vary slightly due to screen calibration

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — it is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email • We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud • Payment must be completed in full before dispatch • We use Paystack and Flutterwave for secure payment processing — we do not store your card details • Bank transfer orders must be confirmed within 24 hours or the order may be released

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed — delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery • If you are not available to receive your delivery, it will be reattempted the next business day • KenotradeNG is not liable for packages returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer

• Trade-in values are estimates only — final offers are confirmed after physical inspection • You must own the device being traded in and it must be free of any finance or lease agreements • All accounts (iCloud, Google, Samsung) must be removed before trade-in • Bent, oxidized, or non-functional devices are not accepted • KenotradeNG performs a certified data wipe on all traded-in devices — we are not liable for any data loss • Submitting a trade-in request does not guarantee acceptance

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of KenotradeNG or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission. Brand names and logos of third-party manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law: • KenotradeNG is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or services • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question • We are not responsible for third-party services including payment processors or delivery companies
