🛍️ Shopping & Orders

Yes. Every product on KenotradeNG is 100% brand new, factory sealed, and sourced from authorized distributors. We do not sell refurbished, used, open-box, or grey-market products under any circumstances.
Yes. All products come with the official manufacturer warranty. iPhones and MacBooks carry Apple's standard 1-year warranty. Samsung products carry Samsung's Nigerian warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and are listed on each product page.
Simply browse the store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with Paystack, Flutterwave, debit card, bank transfer, USSD, or request Pay on Delivery for eligible locations.

💳 Payments

We accept Paystack, Flutterwave, all Nigerian debit cards (Verve, Mastercard, Visa), bank transfer, USSD (*737#, *901# etc.), and Pay on Delivery in select Lagos areas.
Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave — two of Nigeria's most trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
We are working on a Buy Now Pay Later option. Currently, full payment is required at checkout. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss payment arrangements for large orders.
Your order will not be placed if payment fails. Simply try again or use a different payment method. If money left your account but you received no confirmation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will resolve it.

🚚 Delivery

Lagos: same-day or next-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm. Abuja and Port Harcourt: 1–2 business days. Other Nigerian states: 2–5 business days depending on location.
Delivery is free on all orders above ₦50,000. For orders below ₦50,000, a delivery fee applies and will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Yes — we deliver to all 36 states and FCT. Remote locations may take slightly longer. Enter your address at checkout to see exact delivery time and cost.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Our delivery team will call ahead. If you're unavailable, they will reattempt delivery the following business day or hold the package for collection at our nearest drop-off point.

🔄 Trade-In

We accept iPhones, Android phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, audio devices, gaming consoles, and accessories. Use our Trade-In tool for an instant quote.
The value depends on your device model, storage capacity, screen condition, body condition, and whether the device is fully functional. We search 250+ partner refurbishers to find you the highest offer.
The online estimate is indicative. The final confirmed offer is given after our assessors physically inspect the device. If the final offer differs, you can accept or reject it. If you reject, your device is returned at no charge.
We perform a certified factory reset and data wipe on every traded-in device. Please remove your iCloud, Google, or Samsung account before handing in your device.
Once your device is inspected and the offer confirmed, the credit is applied instantly to your KenotradeNG account and can be used on any purchase with no minimum.

🛡️ Warranty & After-Sales

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within your warranty period. We will arrange collection of the device, liaise with the manufacturer, and return it repaired or replaced — all at no cost to you.
Physical damage caused by the user (drops, water damage beyond IP rating), unauthorized repairs, jailbreaking or rooting the device, and removal of manufacturer seals or labels all void the warranty.
The standard manufacturer warranty does not cover accidental damage. We are working on an optional extended protection plan. Contact us for details.
